Fred Finch CARES is looking for leaders and innovators to join our growing treatment team as Behavior Supervisors (BCBA) in Riverside, Imperial and San Diego counties.

Behavior Supervisors are responsible for:
· Conducting initial and ongoing assessments.
· Developing treatment goals, programs, behavior intervention plans, and treatment plan updates.
· Providing regular and ongoing supervision for the clinical services provided by Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians in a variety of settings.
· Providing regular trainings to caregivers (parents, guardians, teachers, etc.)
· Providing hands on trainings to Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians.
· Collaborating with other professionals, paraprofessionals, and parents to provide high quality and effective treatment.
What CARES is looking for:
· M.A degree in Psychology/related field or BCaBA certification
· BCBA Required
· Motivation to continue learning and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
· Prior experience with children and families with Autism/Developmental disorders is a plus
· High ethical standards
· Promote positive morale and team cohesion
· Strong ability to lead and inspire
· Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to maintain records, prepare reports, and reliably meet documentation deadlines.
· CA driver's license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation.
