What Your Impact Will Be:


  • Supports and collaborates with Design to prepare cost estimates, material options and design for manufacturing construction recommendations for new development fashion doll products.

  • Supports Brand Champion to meet all key softgood development dates supporting product launch.

  • Analyze and manage softgood cost data (fabric usages, sewing labor,)

  • Create softgood fabric specifications.

  • Communication with partners at manufacturing source during production development to ensure goals of cost, quality and schedule are met.

  • Introduces new fabric, manufacturing techniques and softgood innovations to product design teams.

  • International and domestic travel may be required, as needed.


What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's Degree with Textile Product Development / Textile Technologypreferred or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years softgood development experience

  • Experience in the development and manufacturing of soft goods consumer products.

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to communicate critical information internationally.

  • Strong "hands on" and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment focused on executing new products.

  • Knowledge of fabrics/textiles.

  • Knowledge of fabric printing processes.

  • Experience with softgood product costing.

  • Software:

  • Adobe Illustrator (Proficient)

  • Photoshop (Proficient)

  • Gerber Pattern Design and Accumark (Knowledge of)

  • CLO3D (Knowledge of)
