Our Role:

Prudential Group Insurance Marketing has an exciting opportunity for VP Enrollment and Customer Engagement position, reporting to the CMO, Group Insurance. The role will be responsible for developing and driving the Enrollment and Engagement strategy for Group Insurance Life, Disability, Voluntary and Financial Wellness Solutions across business segments. This role will have accountability for multi- year enrollment planning, customer segmentation, marketing platform integration, enrollment martech capability deployment, operational readiness, measurement, and growth initiatives. The role will partner with cross functional business and enterprise teams to drive business outcomes. The role will lead a dynamic team involving Enrollment Planning & Implementation, Enrollment Program & Platform Strategy and Enrollment Operations.

Role and Responsibility

  • Responsible for Enrollment and Engagement planning, orchestration, client implementation and management across group insurance solutions, customer experience and segments to achieve business goals

  • Responsible for partnering with cross functional teams on cohesive customer segmentation including predictive models to enable teams to manage the book of business enrollment opportunity discussions focused on profitable growth.

  • Strong understanding of business, financial and distribution levers to influence innovation across the development and execution of insights- based enrollment strategy, and rules-based engagement across the customer value chain.

  • Partner with Distribution and third-party platform partners on capability and experience integration to deliver on the enrollment value proposition, business plans, program execution and personalization resulting in growth. Ensures high levels of client persistency and participation across a book of business.

  • Build strong relationships, collaborate, and orchestrate the enrollment and engagement roadmap across business segments, distribution, internal functional partners and enterprise functions.

  • Partner on marketing attribution capabilities to improve Marketing Return On Investment (MROI) by informing investment allocations and ways to optimize. 

  • Leverage data across Research, Analytics, BI and VoC to generate insights that will improve customer engagement and participation.

  • Drive a culture of testing and experimentation; recommend and conduct test-and-learn to optimize ROI with insights, which then informs marketing planning and future execution.

  • Responsible for managing a high performing team including Enrollment Planning and Client Strategy, Enrollment Program Strategy, Enrollment Operations. Lead to drive a change mindset and serve as navigator/expediter for issues requiring support

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in enrollment strategy, experience integration, customer engagement in Financial services, Group Insurance or Benefit Admin Platforms

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a plus

  • Superior relationship management skills with ability to partner and build professional relationships in a cross-functional, matrixed environment

  • Ability to effectively analyze data to make strategic business decisions

  • Understanding of marketing attribution capabilities to improve Marketing Return On Investment (MROI) by informing investment allocations and enabling optimization

  • Strong communication skills including the ability to interface, influence and collaborate across the enterprise. Ability to navigate through ambiguity

  • Proven people and team leadership
