Don’t wait, join Pepsi Bottling Ventures now. • Develops memos, letters, spreadsheets, and other document as required. • Participates in the workers compensation claims process and OSHA reporting processes. • Coordinates meetings and schedules conference rooms. • Answers telephone and assists customers as needed • Reviews and distributes mail and e-mail messages. • Responsible for the employment application process at the location. • Orders supplies and uniforms. • Runs reports as needed- SAP input and reports/payroll- keys corrections to Kronos. • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of administrative experience preferred. Must have secretarial knowledge, administrative knowledge, and PC knowledge. Problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills necessary. Must have attention to detail. Computer proficiency and aptitude in numbers, P&L spreadsheets, and accounting required. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks. Come join Pepsi Bottling Ventures!
