We have a Manager Programmatic position open in our Detroit, MI office.
The Manager Programmatic will work as a key member of a fully integrated media team. This role requires deep collaboration with our Planning and Account functions as well as creative teams. The right candidate for this position will be energetic, entrepreneurial and innovative. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience. Full-service agency experience is a plus.

An ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the knowledge and energy to not only develop and execute strategic media plans, but also be capable and confident in presenting plans to the clients.
The position requires candidates with:
3+ years of solid display and programmatic experience, including hands-on activation
Insurance experience not required but highly valued
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of DV360, and various DMPs
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and agency partners to create efficient and smooth process
Ability to manage multiple clients/assignments in a fast-paced environment
Resourcefulness - creatively using resources to proactively solve problems and get the job done
Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business writing
Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal / professional relationship with vendors, clients, etc.
Technical understanding of digital performance marketing i.e. Bought, Owned and Earned products and services
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Organizational skills to manage daily workflow
Speak knowledgably to the strategic needs of the business
Possess a strong comprehension of clients business objectives
Develop, write, present and execute programmatic and display media plans with guidance from the Director
Maintain and develop strong professional relationships internally (cross departments) and externally (clients, media vendors)
Carry out buying strategies and negotiate media to maximize investment
Support and inspire the work and the people
Other duties as assigned.
Travel to attend client meetings
