Wealth Management Operations: Global Maintenance Product - Intelligent Automation/Analytics Manager
The Global Maintenance Product - Intelligent Automation/Analytics team is comprised of highly dedicated individuals who are responsible for all aspects of the automation and data analytics Private Banking, CWM and JPMS accounts. The teams interacts with a variety of internal groups including, but not limited to: Client Onboarding, Investors, Bankers, Middle Office, Operations, Client Services and Fiduciary Officers in an effort to assist with client requests, inquiries and/or issues. The team consists of Associates and Vice Presidents responsible for all aspects of intelligent automation, utilizing Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau and relationships with Robotics and SWAT teams in order to create process efficiencies, reduce risk, implement controls, etc. Primary responsibilities will include: partnering with requesting teams to capture automation requirements; prioritizing and providing timelines for projects; creating workflows in Alteryx and Xceptor, as well as dashboards in Tableau; extracting client, account and ticket data in support of ad hoc data requests.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business contacts to document and understand requirements for automation opportunities
Implement solutions within Alteryx, Xceptor and Tableau to create efficiency across the organization
Partner with Robotics and SWAT teams on solutions that cannot be handled in the intelligent automation toolset available to the team
Create training documentation, procedures, presentations for workflows in Alteryx, Xceptor and Tableau
Perform data analysis for client and account information based on ad hoc requests
Identify and communicate issue trends based on data analysis
Investigate opportunities to reduce costs, provide automation, and analyze fluctuations in key metrics
Anticipate challenges and implement solutions in order to manage the expectations of the internal business partners for a positive client experience
Ensure timely and concise communication with key business partners and senior management
Ensure compliance with Global Information Risk activities (Identity and Access Management; Recertification of distribution lists, shared drives, databases, and applications)
Partner with Business, Operations and Technology colleagues for timely delivery of projects within scope, budget and time
Participate in defect and issue resolution during QA and UAT testing cycles
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge in Alteryx, Xceptor and Tableau
Knowledge of data sets utilized within USPB, CWM, JPMS and WorkHub
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams within changing control/regulatory environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Represent Operations as subject matter expert on cross-functional operational initiatives, effectively communicating the status and issues to interested parties
Partner with Asset Management Oversight & Control and PB Risk to increase risk awareness and drive efforts to strengthen the control environment

Preferred Experience
Minimum of 5 years operations experience
Project management experience
A solid understanding of Private Banking products and services is preferred
In-depth knowledge of financial products with an understanding of the attributes of investment products, as well as related calculations
