Job Description

The Statement and Confirm Department within Operations of J.P. Morgan Securities is responsible for monitoring the fulfillment operations of the vendor (Broadridge Financial Solutions) contractually retained by JPMS to compile and support the statement and transaction confirmation documents. We are responsible for complying with the applicable provisions of the U.S. Federal securities laws and the applicable rules of the self-regulatory organizations (SROs) of which JPMS is a member, including, but not limited to Rule 10b-10 (regarding transaction confirmation delivery obligations) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

As an Operations Client Delivery Services Analyst, you will responsible for:


  • Heavy interaction with third party vendor and shareholders from various lines of business
  • Complete daily control reports. Detect, resolve and escalate issues
  • Compile and build metrics to share with key shareholders
  • Create presentations, attend and cover meetings
  • Risk and Oversight/Control initiatives
  • Resolve ad-hoc requests from different departments thru e mail or inquire

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
  • Strong risk and control awareness and ability to implement mitigating controls
  • Relationship building skills, strong ability to develop partnerships to drive results
  • Organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or work in group setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
