Keysight Labs provides leading-edge tools, products, and technologies to enable Keysight's growing business. We are looking for a skilled market and financial analyst who is detail centric, results driven and passionate around bringing a quantified based view of business to fruition.

In this role, you will:

• Provide business management with financial decision support and analysis, portfolio management, market model analysis, and general business planning.


• Conduct project supporting market research by tracking applicable market trends, other parties' research and implementing best market insight inbounding practices.


• Work across project teams to define and implement effective project metrics and forecasts.


• Perform valid and reliable market research & analysis.


• Lead the production of monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.


• Have fun in helping to build on Keysight's growing contribution in connecting and securing the world.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters University Degree or equivalent. MBA desirable.


• 4+ years of experience working in a software product management


• High acumen in business metrics, modeling, and forecasting.


• Efficient capability with statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office.


• Excellent and demonstrable communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Capable self-networker with internal teams.


• Advise senior management on the best ways to use provided data.


• Skilled in negotiation to be able to effectively forge agreements around plans.
