The role of Integration Lead, as a part of the Diligence and Integration Management team, is responsible for enabling the process of unlocking the value of a new company (acquisition) as it integrates into the larger AMN portfolio. Navigating the synergies and opportunities while being adept at leading through the complexities and sensitivities of blending/merging/assimilating the two businesses. Resilient and flexible in their project management and ability to adjust on the fly. Our Integration Lead has the ability lead through influence, synthesize and relay information with exceptional communication skills. They are a champion of change and change management principles/approach as well as the being able to view the project, understanding the bigger picture and connecting dots for those concerned while all along managing and leading through ambiguity.

Job Tasks:


  • Develop, drive and manage integration goals, objectives, scope, schedule and budget

  • Lead cross-functional teams in organizing and executing on integration plans

  • Develop work plans for components of engagements, drive activities between work streams and identify changes in scope

  • Develop and execute change management plans

  • Interface with business and executive sponsors to communicate integration plans and outcomes

  • Act as consultant, facilitator, communicator, project manager, coach and bridge builder to all integration project team members.

  • Provide support in development and maintenance of integration documentation. Ensuring documents are properly managed and provide full accountability and traceability to baseline.

  • Primary Competencies: Critical thinking, complex problem solving, dealing with ambiguity, decision making, high EI/EQ, exemplary communication - written and verbal

Education, Certifications & Experience

Minimum Education/Certifications:

  • BS in Business Management or related

Preferred Education/Certifications:

  • PMP, Agile, PROSCI Change Management Methodology

Minimum Experience:

  • 6 yrs. professional work experience. Preferably in a project management role, that demonstrates critical/strategic thinking, complex problem solving.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous Integration, M&A, Project Management experience
