The Marketing team at Promethean consists of marketers, designers, writers, content strategists, and project managers who are passionate, driven by curiosity, enjoy problem-solving and tackling big challenges. By joining our team, you will be part of meaningful conversations about how we can drive demand and create value through campaigns, content and resources for our customers and partners.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:


    • Develop a deep understanding of full range of Promethean Saas technologies

    • Be able to articulate the strengths of our hardware solution and the benefits to our customers

    • Analyze problems that educators have in both developed and underdeveloped markets and present findings and feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams.

    • Identify customer problems that could be solved by newly developed ed tech solutions

    • Help to define our markets according to their needs and abilities to enable us to develop products that support education in those markets.

    • Help Promethean develop a set of unique capabilities allowing us to make inroads into desired markets and to gain advantage over the competition

    • Gather research and information that will help Promethean develop a compelling product portfolio.

    • Understand the competitive landscape and what Promethean must do to continue to be a market leader in ed tech.

    • Craft differentiated positioning, messaging, and product narratives that translate the product functionality and benefits into what matters and breaks through to partners, buyers, and users

    • Build compelling and impactful customer- and partner-ready content, collateral, and sales tools as part of an evergreen core content BOM

    • Work cross-functionally with sales, corporate and field marketing, reseller channel, and other GTM teams to support awareness and demand campaigns

    • Partner closely with product management to help identify and prioritize market development, pricing, and bundling/packaging strategy

    • Activate Promethean's global sales and partner channel through readiness and enablement that builds confidence and competency

    • Perform other duties as assigned or opportunity arises

    • This is a hybrid role wherein we expect you to by physically in the office 2 or more days per week as determined by your manager. Therefore, a requirement of this job is that you be fully vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine at least 3 weeks prior to your first day in the office. Qualifications


    • Creative, curious, passionate, high-energy, and driven, but doesn't take themselves too seriously and knows how to have fun while operating at entrepreneurial, start-up-like speeds. Most importantly: has a bias for action and business impact.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)

    • Proven track record of strong cross-organizational collaboration and partnership

    • Prior experience with K-12 education market and educational technology (strongly preferred)

    • Demonstrated messaging, positioning, and storytelling chops, with experience crafting compelling marketing content

    • Strong problem-solving skills with analytical orientation, critical thinking, and data-driven decision making

    • Excellent written communication and presentation skills

    • Be scrappy with a motivated, driven and self-starting attitude

    • Ability to work in a fast paced, global and collaborative setting that requires you to take initiative, manage time effectively, persuasive others to get buy-in from other teams

    • Requires some domestic and international travel, up to 15-25% of the time
