About This Position

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse, supervising all warehouse personnel, and keeping warehouses in compliance with OSHA and FDA regulations.

What You'll Need

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Forklift Certification


• Good understanding of OSHA and FDA regulations


• Respond well under pressure


• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check and drug screening


• Conduct morning meeting with arena staff to communicate daily needs.


• Assist with training full time and part time staff.


• Communicate with management the daily shipping/staffing needs.


• Ensure all orders are printed/shipped per the shipping schedule.


• Communicate with arena employees about production issues.


• Revise orders with out of stock/discontinued items.


• Document and inform management of all priority tasks and personnelproblems.


• Know and understand all phases of processing/shipping/special needs for each customer.


• Ensure all outbound freight shipments are scanned at 100% with an attached delivery.


• Ensure all FedEx ground shipments are processed daily.


• Report any problems, discrepancies, issues to management in a timelymanner with written documentation.


• Responsible for assisting with general upkeep of arena/areas/equipment/products in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.


• Perform a quality control check once an hour for orders that are not double checked.


• Investigate inventory issues.


• Coach arena employees if issues are found during quality control checks.
