About the role
In order to help Cochlear continue to grow and service our customers, we are recruiting for a Cochlear Clinic Services Sr. Manager in our Cochlear Houston Clinic location.
To be successful in this role you will provide the oversight and management of the Cochlear Clinic Services Audiology team which includes multiple locations in Texas and Washington. You and your team will deliver world class audiology care which may include implementing clinical improvements, including best clinical practices and protocols. You are highly versed in implantable solutions offered in the Cochlear implantable solution portfolio. You may also provide post-operative case support, patient counseling, product sales and programming for pediatric and adult patients. You will lead a diverse and talented team through virtual and in person support. You will be a valued contributor and work cross-functionally with our professional sales teams, clinical research teams and other corporate departments to support the delivery of Cochlear solutions and overall growth.
