Shift: Day shift

Hours: 8:00am-4:40pm






This position reports to the Director of Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind and Body and provides client relations, assist with scheduling classes and therapies, maintaining the studios, support for physician recruiting and relations including marketing functions. Other duties as assigned.

Performs administrative duties where responsibilities of trust and accuracy are important, and knowledge of the organization is essential. Initiates and prepares correspondence from verbal instructions and notes, generating written and/or telephone responses to routine correspondence and telephone calls on own initiative. Displays a positive attitude towards work. Continually gains expertise on the job and is receptive to new work assignments. Ability to function independently

Job Functions:

Wellness Center

*Greet clients of the wellness center
*Client relations including answering phone, returning phone calls timely, sending class and therapy reminders
*Maintaining and updating client lists and schedules
*Assist with registrations
*Updating Kentico database
*Maintaining studios
*Maintain bulletin board
*Assist therapist and instructors as needed
*Assist with events
*Other duties as assigned

Physician Recruitment and Relations

*Assist in the maintaining current job postings, including web and print. Maintains accurate record of publications dates and expense.
*Ensure that new candidate information is input into tracking spreadsheets.
*Assist in travel and lodging arrangements as directed by director.
*Organize interviews with appropriate department heads and internal decisions makers during sites visit and prepares itinerary if needed
*Assist with development of office manager newsletters and proofreads final copies of materials to verify accuracy
*Submit AP Vouchers and track department expenses on tracking sheet to ensure budget compliance
*Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

*Exceptional organizational skills, and effectively handle a high volume of work.
*Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Knowledge of healthcare operations preferred.
*Technically astute with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer operations, with ability to quickly and accurately input, retrieve, relay and assess various data.

Education:

*Associates degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school strongly preferred. Health
