Job Responsibilities
 
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Manager within our Corporate Accounting Group based in Tualatin, Oregon. Key responsibilities include: 

• Daily management and oversight for numerous accounting areas and deliverables including:
  
  
  • Global goodwill, intangibles, fixed assets
  • US employee related asset and liability accounts including benefits, expats, and payroll
  • Unclaimed property
  • Other centrally managed accounting functions
  
  
• Support, train, and review work performed by outsourced accounting staff
• Drive various initiatives to improve, streamline and simplify existing processes.
• Development and delivery of technical accounting trainings to Global Finance
• Management of audit and external reporting deliverables
• SOX compliance for assigned areas
• Accounting analysis on a variety of technical issues
• Special projects and analysis, including development of accounting policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 6-10 years of experience (Fortune 500 or Big 4 CPA firm highly preferred).
• CPA license
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
• High ethical standards.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
• Flexible, organized, and able to prioritize and complete a high volume of work under time constraints and deadlines.
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to interact at various levels within the organization.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office suite).
