Business Analytics Senior Advisor (Contract Modeling Tools) - Evernorth at Cigna in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Summary We are seeking a product lead for provider contract modeling tool development for the Negotiate Best Contract team. These products will support medical cost contracting and network management across all provider types and domestic markets. This role will deliver a user interface to enable provider contract modeling, produce performance outputs, and recommend contracting actions to users. The project will be developed and implemented through an Agile framework. This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation. Responsibilities

• Understand key business objectives and strategy of the product


• Lead research and identification of best user experience solutions to our provider contract repricing engine


• Collaborate across the Agile Release Train to prioritize deliverables


• Partner with product management, engineering, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment on priorities


• Define opportunities, generate user requirements, and drive the delivery of solutions


• Ensure features and stories clearly communicate stakeholder needs to the Scrum team

• 5+ years' experience in a health plan-related field


• Knowledge of health insurer operations and healthcare terminology


• Preferred f amiliarity with provider contracting


• Preferred experience working within an Agile organization


• Skilled in analytical reasoning and interpretation and evaluation of complex information and problems


• Strong communication skills


• Excellent collaboration and partnership skills with proven experience in managing multiple priorities and agility in adapting to change

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
