VIP Guest Experience Supervisor - Casa Marina at Hilton Global in key West, Florida

Job Description:

The Guest Experience Supervisor will assist in directing and managing the activities of all Front Office Operations, with a primary focus on our VIP guests while providing information and service to our internal and external customers to ensure Company standards and guest's expectations are met. Participates in all front office operations as needed. Participates in interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating staff.

What will I be doing?

Supervising all aspects of the Guest Services Department.

Supporting a Positive and Seamless Arrival and Departure Experience

Participating in Daily Briefings and Monthly Departmental Meetings

Motivating Team Members to Exceed Guest Expectations
