Your primary responsibilities and functions are as follows:
Facility / Transaction Processing
Primary resource for letter of credit issuance processes and ongoing maintenance for Custom Credit offerings.
Participate in client meetings to discuss letter of credit text as needed.
Provide oversight to a team of 4 analysts supporting custom letters of credit.
Develop workflow, pipeline and priority management for the Letter of credit processes with Global Trade services, Securities Based Lending and Lending Advisory. Provide ongoing reporting for stakeholders.
Partner with Lending Solutions and Analysts to capture terms and conditions stipulated in the credit approval and legal documentation into the corporate credit platform.
Review client request and assist with structuring letter of credit and provide language compliant with regulatory requirements
Establish and monitor proper linkages between the Corporate Credit Systems, Party Central, TPS, and Customer Assist.
Coordinate with internal staff (Lending Solutions, Wholesale Lending Services, and Global Trade Services) and external constituencies (customer, legal counsel) to ensure approved facilities are correctly booked for loan closings and Letter of credit issuances.
Coordinate the global approval for cross LOB requests to include exposure to customers that are managed by units outside of the family responsibility area
Ensure Country of Risk allocations are accurate and/or that Senior Country Officer concurrence is obtained, if required.
Coordinate collateral review/input in GCM with PB Credit Risk Management for every approved secured facility
Portfolio Management
Partner with Lending Solutions and Analysts to capture terms and conditions stipulated in the credit approval and legal documentation into the corporate credit platform
Manage and monitor credit exposure information on the corporate credit platforms - FDR/EN, Party Central, SELM (fx/derivatives)
Coordinate all administrative aspects of portfolio management on a day to day basis including, but not limited to, identifying unlinked outstandings, overlimits, temporary facility extension or increases, and new facility approvals.
Track customers due for annual review, expiring facilities and coordinate preparation with analyst/lender of other reports as outlined in the "Due Diligence for Credit Administrators" guidelines
Manage credit exceptions related to client and transaction data - including overlimits, unlinked outstandings, past due annual reviews, past due facility maturities, ungraded obligors, country of asset exceptions
Support the information needs of the Lender during internal and external examinations, portfolio reviews and credit audits.
Manage market and LOB transfers as clients and facilities are moved to new markets or to other LOBs outside of PB
Credit Risk Support Associate will create Legal Deal Folder for all facilities within Dealworks and are responsible to file ARC proposals that they complete. Wholesale Lending Services will be responsible for filing those proposals that their team completes in the appropriate Legal Deal Folders.
Portfolio Reporting / MIS
Master CRRT and CWS reporting to support data and analytical needs of the Capital Advisory team
Liaise with Finance to help investigate and resolve revenue data issues - in context of scorecard and monthly reporting
Support Credit and Lending Advisory requests for targeted data summaries and portfolio risk analysis
Partnership Teams
Participate on special initiatives in response to emerging credit, market and technology events
Develop and enhance partnership relationships and to achieve process improvements (a) between the Lending Advisors, Analyst, CSG and Collateral functions and (b) between Wholesale Lending Services, Global Trade Services and other JPMC product and service groups who support Global Private Bank clients
Qualifications

B.A., B.S., in relevant field
Excellent MS Office, MS excel skills
Spanish speaking skills a plus
It's preferred Candidates have the following experience:
General understanding of credit concepts
General understanding of FX and participations/syndications
Experience using the Credit Risk Infrastructure tools and applications (ICRD, EN, SRGT, CRRT, OWL, SELM, etc)
Data mining
Letter of Credit product knowledge
