Anticipated Opening :

The Agile Product Analyst will support the delivery of a product roadmap, support a healthy product backlog and sprint execution. This position sits within an Agile Product in Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsible for partnering with the Product Owner to communicate the product vision and confirm the development team understands the requirements, flow, complexity, and dependencies of each story. This person will collaborate with product team members and stakeholders to understand and document the requirements in user stories and acceptance criteria. They will actively participate in sprint planning and sprint reviews to ensure all stakeholders are well informed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies
  • Practical experience supporting a Product Backlog

Ideal candidates would be able to do the following:

  • Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization in order to influence business decisions
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with various levels of stakeholders and leadership
  • Have strong organization and time management capabilities
  • Have the ability to identify an issue and escalate to the appropriate stakeholder
  • Analytical and critical thinking
