What we ask from Principal Recruitment Consultants:

• 4 -5 years of experience in a recruitment or direct sales environment
• Excellent attitude to work that inspires others around you
• Fantastic leadership qualities
• Highly ambitious and goal-driven
• Able to manage your own workload

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (any discipline)
• A strong work ethic, self-motivation and drive to succeed
