VolPay design Engineer at Cognizant in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

•            5-6 years of experience on Volante VolPay product implementation using Volante Map.

•            Integration analysis, mapping and development experience using Volante Map

•            Having experience on ACH, RTGS, SWIFT and cross border payment transfer.

•            Experience on developing new omnichannel customer experiences with Volante rich API library.

•            Have knowledge on real time payment processing.

•            Have hands-on experience on VolPay design

•            Have strong hands-on experience on Core Java, Spring boot and Oracle SQL.

•            Strong verbal and written communication and exposure to work in client team.

•            Must have in depth understanding of system and business rule's configuration and execution. Should be able to solve business problems via system or business rules.

•            Experience in developing code and configuration management tools/approach/process

•            Experience in documenting SOPs (including support SLAs) & creating training materials ahead of Production Go Live

•            Experience in supporting end users and able to understand the issue the users are facing, documenting as necessary for internal or vendor support and attaching evidence demonstrating the issue

•            Experience in implementing and installing patches and upgrades in dev/test/production regions

•            Knowledge of Agile software development framework and tools (specifically for Kanban and Scrum)

•            Effective communicator, able to communicate with other technical teams when issues are experienced

•            Familiarity with pipeline tools, ideally: RTC, GitHub, Artifactory and Jenkins etc.

•            Exposure to cloud technologies
