Your Role

We are seeking a full-cycle recruiter to join our HR team in recruiting specifically for our San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland locations. At Gensler, we are committed to providing high quality candidate experience while sourcing and attracting the most desirable candidates in our industry.

What You Will Do


  • Represent Gensler as a Brand Ambassador, marketing our firm through best in class recruitment technology, and social media platforms


  • Manage a full life-cycle recruitment process, from research and sourcing through the offer and acceptance, with both active and passive candidates from emerging talent through executive leadership


  • Manage the logistics of candidate assessment, candidate presentation, scheduling interviews and providing background information to key stake holders, follow-up feedback and reference checking


  • Advise team members on competitive research and market trends while offering strategic solutions for recruitment during changing business trends


  • Build a pipeline of targeted prospects for Gensler by developing relationships with candidates as a trusted advisor


  • Data management of the applicant process


Your Qualifications


  • 8+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter required; 2+ years of recruiting within the architecture & design industry strongly preferred


  • Local market knowledge of San Francisco Bay area preferred


  • Fantastic memory with systematic data management for significant information related to recruiting talent (candidates, competitors, projects, connections to the firm, etc.)


  • Professional services demeanor with demonstrated ability to organize and execute time management priorities while effectively communicating with key stake holders and team members


  • Proficiency in Workday as an Applicant Tracking System preferred


  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately


  • Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships


  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment while managing changing deadlines and frequent interruptions


  • Familiar with EEO reporting and auditing of information
