The Inventory Control Clerkwill be responsible forprocessingshipments of product into the distribution center, including the completion of all associated receiving documents.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks related to maintenance of Inventory Accuracy and Inventory Profiling.


• Responsible for performing other warehouse tasks as assigned by the Team Leader, Operations Supervisor or the Distribution Center Manager.


• Work with Inventory Control Team Lead or Operations Supervisor to perform daily and monthly cycle counts.


• Process the physical receipt of product into the distribution center. Process inventory transfers within the warehouse. Accurate completion of any documentation required to document the receipt or transfer.


• Remove damaged product from the inventory and systematically move it to re-box or scrap.


• Complete other duties as assigned by the Lead, Team Leader-Inventory Control, the Operations Supervisor or the Distribution Center Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Previous related work experience preferred.


• Competent math skills and legible handwriting are a requirement.


• Previous material handling experience is a plus.


• Regularly required to stand, walk and use hands to handle product or feel.


• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms and to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel, crouch or crawl.


• Ability tolift up to 50 lbs and move more than 100lbs.


• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.


• Regularlyworking near moving equipment (stretch wrappers, forklift and conveyors) and occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and wet or humid conditions.
