Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading an all-star regional communications team focused on delivering progressive corporate PR, internal and executive communications, crisis / issues management, Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG communications strategies, and social media.


• Drove internal, external, crisis, and social media communication strategies across three regions, and strengthened intra-regional communications channels, policies, and strategies to create a winning international communications team.


• Created an engaged and inspired culture by leading communications for the Chief HR Officer and delivering communications strategies to support global initiatives


• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.


• Provide communications counsel for global communications initiatives supporting brands and the corporation. 


• Align communications teams globally for consistency, effectiveness and leverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.


• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.


• Crisis and issues management


• Social media communications strategy


• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
