Job:

Our client's voice assistant quality enhancement team provides structured feedback of services to the engineering and customer experience teams. The quality metrics includes “Coverage” and “Passrate” tracking across the use cases and their subparts.

• Understand the required data schema for an application


• Build the backend data framework to support an enterprise/functional group level application


• Sound understanding of BI standard methodologies, relational structures, Dimensional data modeling, structured query language (SQL)


• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Data Scientists to understand data requirements and provide data modelling solutions


• Design principles for Data Warehousing techniques and Architecture


• Strong programming experience in Python


• Build CICD Data Pipelines using Python/Big data stack


• Solid understanding of Code repositories like GitHub/Code Commit


• Design data models and define both logical and physical models


• Monitoring and Optimization/Tuning of SQL queries, maintaining data consistency


• Ensure timely and accurate data is available to all application users


• Design and implement unit tests, evaluate all codes to maintain data quality


• Document software specifications and maintain guidelines for users

Key Qualifications

• Good understanding of RDBM’s data concepts and unstructured data- Very strong SQL /querying skills


• Understanding of Hadoop and its components (Impala, Zookeeper…) for creating ETL pipelines and prepare plans for all ETL planning, architecture and procedures


• Hands on experience in extraction and transformation of data using ETL tools


• Understanding on Docker & Kubernetes


• Ability to extract and transform data using Pandas/PySpark


• Experience in handling large data sets and on the fly transformations


• Hands on working with Python and understands different data structures


• Experience coordinating activities across a distributed team


• Continuous process improvement/ Quality experience is a plus


• Designing Data Schema normalization techniques to efficiently store data
