Basic Function

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for performing a wide variety of moderately complex manufacturing processes in a fast-paced atmosphere while under direct supervision. Processes consist of the operation of robotic spray coating equipment, laser patterning equipment, metrology equipment to control coating and analyze applied pattern characteristics.

Education/Learning Experience:

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
• College or vocational training in physical science, mathematics, and or engineering preferred
• Attention to detail
• High discipline
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Aptitude for maintaining detailed records
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
• Good communication skills
• Team Player

Work Experience

• The ideal candidate would have (3-10yrs) previous work experience in a high detail manufacturing environment.
