JOB DETAILS

Basic Function

Under direct supervision, performs basic manufacturing processes, including but not limited to substrate preparation, coating, pattering, finishing, and data collection. Performs support functions to keep manufacturing running effectively bringing bigger problems to management's attention.

Position Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience
• High School Diploma or (GED) or equivalent with emphasis on math or science.
• College or vocational training in physical science, mathematics, and or engineering preferred
• Demonstrates fine motor skills and attention to detail for handling and processing components and assemblies.
• Demonstrates ability to coat and pattern substrates utilizing appropriate apparatus and equipment
• Demonstrates understanding of how to maintain final tolerance of applied coating and pattern features throughout sintering process
• Demonstrates ability to measure, mill, and mix materials following standardized recipes and procedures; appropriately accounts for materials in either shop order or inventory log.
• Ability to inspect work for compliance to work instructions and identify potential defects
• Understands and applies rework or retouch skills when necessary.
• Ability to analyze and collect data pertaining to processes conducted
• Demonstrates knowledge of processes/procedures and recognizes the critical nature of following the prescribed procedures to the best of their abilities
• Demonstrates ability to operate advanced custom robotic equipment to achieve specified results.
