Program Director

Qualification:


Bachelor's in Science/Bachelor's in Engineering /Master's in Business Administration

Responsibility:

Business / Customer:


  • Provide status update for escalated cases.


  • Perform customer relationship management.


  • Participate in preparation of RFPs and RFIs.


  • Establish project governance model and participate in project governance meetings.


  • Deliver project presentations to the customer.


  • Present service business value to customers for new or existing business.

Project / Process:


  • Manage and resolve queries escalations conflicts and issues between onsite and offshore teams oversee project staff including project engineers both on and offshore team vendors partners or subcontractors.


  • Ensure project objectives and performance metrics are achieved.


  • Ensure project compliance with respect to project maturity assessment and internal / external audit findings.


  • Understanding the complexity of the projects and involve the right team (E.

  • TO PE team GSS and CBC IT Infrastructure Consulting) to ensure program delivery.


  • Responsible for overlooking the processes and implementing process improvements.


  • Provide inputs in design and architecture reviews.


  • Drive Project Execution to comply with scope cost and schedule as defined in the SOW.


  • Monitor Financial performance for the project.

o Internal-Adherence to policies and procedures (Eg:


Timesheet- team utilization- forecasts etc)


  • o ExternalReview billing data and raise invoices.


  • Manage change requests / ensure that processes are in place and followed to manage change requests.


  • Coordinate with the Resourcing Team for ontime and right skilled resources fulfilment.


  • Contribute and participate in project reviews quality reviews and audits and prepare status reports and management reviews.


  • Adopt best practices from other Projects/Accounts etc.


  • Share value addition and best practices across teams.


  • Support knowledge management & enablers.


  • o Create Knowledge assets such as technology artefacts etc.


  • o Contribute to Best Practices and focus on adding value to the customer / organization.


  • o Provide Project Management expertise to team.


  • Create and manage Risk and mitigation plan based on discussion with project stake holders.


  • Responsible for documenting the lessons learnt in the project.

People / Team:


  • Responsible for Performance management and career development of the team members.


  • Responsible for driving Reward & Recognition and employee engagement.
