HQ- Returns Clerk I REPLACEMENT at AMS Fulfillment in Valencia, California

Job Description:

SUMMARY:

Responsible for processing daily returns physically and systematically, supporting the returns department by accurately reporting receipt and processing of incoming returns in a timely and efficient manner. Counting, sorting, checking in and controlling defective Inventory. Able to lift up to 40lbs, read and write English, communicate effectively via email, work independently, and ability to multitask.

RECEIVING DUTIES:

• Assist and backup Returns Lead on daily operations


• Provide Value Added Services – reworks, ticketing, etc.


• Verify and inspect incoming shipments


• Logging all vendor discrepancies and maintaining vendor logs


• Data entry of receipts, adjustments, credit memos, transfers, and bin moves


• Accurate filing of documents


• Processing customer returns


• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience


• Computer skills- Scanning, Shipping, Inventory Transactions, Receiving. Excel and Outlook


• Forklift Certification and/or Knowledge to cross over to many areas within the company.


• Extreme attention to detail


• Problem solving skills


• English speaking


• Written and verbal communication skills a must
