The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the compensation, benefits and wellness. The role will work cross functionally to identify opportunities in our total rewards programs including administration of practices and continuous improvements. The Total Rewards Manager will help implement strategies that attract and retain talent and improve the well-being of our team members. Responsibilities include compensation evaluation and analysis, implementing pay strategies, benefit plan analysis, implementation of wellness programs and managing the relationship with our onsite primary care and fitness center.
Responsibilities include:
Compensation
Responsible for the alignment of compensation levels, positions, and salary grades
Define and execute work flow process for reviewing salary grades by position on a set periodic basis
Educate, mentor, and train HR staff and management on compensation practices
Manage annual merit increase process and make recommendation on target increase amount
Develop and streamline job definition processes to include activities, skills and education requirements, and KPI standards
Research Federal and State Compensation and Benefits regulation changes
Research leading edge compensation and rewards strategies to attract and retain talent
Benefits and Wellness
Lead and manage Health Care Benefits; Liaisonand Manage to Vendors
Work with vendor to identify benefits trends
Educate and bring awareness of benefit programs to business areas. Identify ways to drive participation in benefit plans
Lead for On-Site Primary Care at multiple facilities
Manage LOA process
Develop and manage Wellness Program that will impact all areas of the business
Oversee fitness center operations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of compensation experience strongly preferred
Minimum of three years of benefits experience strongly preferred
Process improvement mindset, analytical thinking
Ability to identify actions necessary to achieve task completion and to obtain results: ability to meet schedules, deadlines, quotas, and performance goals
Very collaborative individual and ability to work cross functionally
