Our High-Performance BuildingsTeam is looking for a dynamic sales leaderanywhere in the country to support our National teamwith knowledge of our services: Active Energy Management, Commissioning, powerdEd, Facility Condition Assessments, Master Systems integration, powered and Transition to sustainable operations consulting. Position Overview:


We are looking for a director to help us build out new markets that can deliver operational excellence, build, develop, and retain a team while growing a business in a new market for McKinstry. You'llmanage our business development team to focus on selling our seven offerings: Active Energy Management, Commissioning, Facility Condition Assessments, Master Systems integration, powered and Transition to sustainable operations consulting.


Most importantly, we need you to have a growth-mindset that bringspeople together,inspires teams, and delivers excellence to our clients. You should demonstrate that you've grown a successful business, preferably within the built environment, and have experience with the public sector. You should be well-versed in consulting best practices with a preference for solution sales experience. Demonstrated people leadership and team-building experience are required, and technical knowledge around any of our seven offerings is highly preferred.
