What You Will Do In Your Role
- Responsible for developing production plans across multiple levels of aggregation and time horizons for the Retail Tissue, Towel, Napkin (TTN) product categories.
- Formulate and maintain master production schedule plans for several Retail Mills and manage co-packed and outsourced products to support forecast, sales demands, and customer operations inputs.
- Work cross functionally with other TTN Supply & Paper Planners, Brand Category Teams, Customer Planning, Warehousing, Production Facilities, and the Deployment team to develop a single point of view for the service and inventory levels necessary to support the business.
- Identify co-packed and outsourced supply and demand imbalances in 13-week schedule as well as future capacity outlook.
- Identify inventory and production capacity constraints, provide proactive solutions, and implement resolution action plans.
- Lead regular meetings with GP Mills, outsourced facilities, GP co-packing teams, RDC warehousing teams, and Koch Logistics, to ensure mutual understanding of current and future state of business
- Deep dive data analysis to understand the impact of known or unknown changes in the business.
- Identify and implement process improvement and best practices
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, forecasting, or other supply chain related field
- Experience with working with demand/supply planning tools (Excel, SAP, etc)
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience (creating and modifying spreadsheets and using complex functions, filters, and graphs to analyze and manipulate data
What Will Put You Ahead
- MBA or bachelor's degree concentration in (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain)
- Previous experience using SAP S4 and IBP, and/or other supply chain technology tools
- Experience in a manufacturing/operations production facility environment
