Pay Range: $24.04/hour - $26.45/hour - based on experience
Classification: Full-time, Non-exempt

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze credit information for current and potential borrowers.


• Review, spread and understand personal and business financial statements and tax returns.


• Analyze borrowers' cash flows, balance sheet positions and other industry-specific financial information.


• Explain and communicate business structures, the results of financial analyses and conclusions drawn.


• Perform industry-specific research and communicate findings.


• Review and understand commercial and residential real estate appraisals and environmental assessments.


• Produce accurate and timely loan presentations, clearly documenting financial results, repayment sources, collateral, strengths and weaknesses, and risks.


• Maintain current knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or other related field


• 2+ years of experience as a bank credit analyst preferred


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional, demonstrated skills in Excel and Word


• Preferred working knowledge of Baker Hill-Experian financial spreadsheet software


• Detail oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
