PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH EXPERIENCE IN ENGINEERING, ENVIRONMENTAL, CONSTRUCTION OR LOGISTICAL SERVICES
This position is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of all field events, including coordination with sub-contractors. Additionally, this person will be responsible for data entry, and daily equipment and vehicle placements. Will work under direct supervision and guidance of Service and Area management.
Responsible for timely completion of routine administrative procedures, as well as providing support for the service, accounting, and administrative staff, in addition to the technical staff.
Specific duties include, but not limited to:
- Preparing monthly scheduling package including all spreadsheets
- Updating work order information
- Coordinating schedule with sub-contractors
- Sending and follow up schedule in weekly e-mails
- Ordering all equipment and materials as needed
- Scheduling routing of vehicles and equipment
- Filing of all event data/notes
- Completing service paperwork
- Tracking sub-contractor hours in database
- Creating purchase orders as required
Required skills include:
- Organizational skills and multi-tasking skills a MUST
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Reader/Writer
- Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones, e-mail, and copier/scanner/printer
The successful candidate will be:
- Professional, friendly, and courteous both on the phone and in-person
- Highly organized, accountable, and a multi-tasker
- Team-oriented, willing to help whenever s/he can
- Ability to follow-through with any given task
High School diploma or GED
1-5 years of previous office experience preferred.
