Job Description:

Our locally recognized end client is in need of a Payment Processor for a 12 month CONTRACT opportunity. This is a part time ONSITE position requires the ability to work 11-4 PM M-Fri (25 hours/week) and pays a MAX of $23/hr W2.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Processing customer payments via drive up teller window and night deposit box.


• Coordinating weekly courier service, directing customer concerns to the proper person/department, answering routine customer questions regarding account, recognizing and assisting with troubleshooting larger problems.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Experience in customer service REQUIRED; experience payment processing HIGHLY desired.
  


• Experience using Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint REQUIRED
  


• Familiarity with billing and accounting software such as Firstech and SAP HIGHLY desired
