Job Description:

Based out of New York the Americas Learning & Talent Development Lead is a unique combination of strategy creation, senior stakeholder management, change management, continuous improvement, and execution of the learning, talent and diversity and inclusion strategy.

As the Americas Learning & Talent Development Lead, you will serve as a true partner to the business by executing a talent and learning strategy and lead the Talent and Learning team to meet the short and long- term vision and business goals across Macquarie.

You will be a driver of brand growth and transformation at Macquarie, this role will partner to strategize about Talent holistically; how we establish and grow our employer brand, attract, retain, and grow our talent.

You will utilize a data-driven approach to help analyze and adjust our strategies to execute against the strategic plans developed in partnership with our business leaders.

This position reports to the Americas Head of Talent and Inclusion. The chosen candidate will oversee three talent and learning team members while also contributing to the day-to-day work as part of the larger Talent and Inclusion team.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years working in strategic HR roles and should include Talent Management, Learning and Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion experience as well as 6+ years of experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams.
