POSITION SUMMARY
LBMC Technology Solutions is currently seeking a Systems Admin/Field Network Engineer 1 to add to the team in the Nashville, TN office. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical knowledge to an individual's capacity for understanding. The right person for this role must thrive in a rapidly changing environment, while maintaining a busy workload. Candidates should have technical experience with Microsoft Office 365 migration support, Active Directory administration, Windows Server administration and networking.
PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES

Onsite and remote client interaction
Design IT solutions to meet client requirements and company standards
Implement and troubleshoot on premise networking (wired and wireless) solutions
Deploy and troubleshoot security and firewall-based solutions
Design, migrate and troubleshoot cloud-based solutions
Implement and support backup solutions; on premise and cloud based
Deploy and support various applications, as needed by clients

QUALIFICATION | SKILLS

5+ years of administration/engineer of advanced experience
Experience on Office 365 Migrations
Experience with Network/Switching
Windows Server/Active Directory
Amazon Web Services experience is a plus.
Microsoft Azure experience is a plus
SharePoint Online experience is a plus
Microsoft, networking, and security certifications are a plus
Mac skills are desired
Experience with Windows deployment and support
Experience with end user support
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
