Job Summary
Reporting to the Nurse Director or Administrator in his/her absence. The Social Worker on the TCU Coordinate admissions and discharge planning. Meet the psycho-social needs of the patients.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
MSW from accredited graduate school of social work required.

Experience
Minimum one year experience, preferably in a hospital or related setting required.

Licensure and/or Certification
Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) by the State Board of Registration for Social Workers.

Skills
Organizational skills.
Computer skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English..
Excellent Customer Service Skills
