What You’ll Be Doing- Overall Job Description


We are seeking technical, innovative, problem solvers.


In this Senior QA Engineer role, you will develop both the manual and automated testing strategy on both web and mobile platforms. We are a quality first team, and we need your help to ensure we meet the highest standards. In this team we need your best analytical and creative thinking to analyze the challenging requirements and create an innovative solution that you are proud of. Due to COVID-19, this is a temporary work from home role but will ultimately work in our office part of the time.


What You’ll Be Doing 


 



  • You will be part of R&D/FNS organization taking full ownership in delivering and testing quality products as integral part of the Agile software development

  • Collaborate with team manager, product management, and developers to better understand how customers interface and use our product to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them

  • Generate comprehensive test plans, execute, and automate them for web and mobile platforms flawlessly to deliver on time with the highest quality

  • Build, enhance and maintain the general test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks and infrastructure utilized by team.

  • Create software framework, debug code, and implement automated testing.

  • Participate in special or customer-specific projects as assigned and implement Quality Assurance efforts

  • Research and develop an understanding of the marketing requirements for the product, including how the product is used by the team.

  • Guide other Quality Assurance Engineers on the team that are less technical

  • Involve in technical discussions and deep dives with engineers to timely discover and resolve issues

Basic Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in development, research, and product testing.

  • Excellent analytical skills as well as communication skills both verbal and written. We are a distributed team so we’re extra mindful about communication.

  • Ability to apply excellent test strategy knowledge and methodologies to design, develop, and execute complex software tests.

  • Proven knowledge of the software development life cycle and solid understanding of qualify software.

  • Knowledge of Healthcare interfaces, such as HL7, FHIR

  • Knowledge of public cloud (AWS, GCP and Azure).

  • Good knowledge in SQL with proficient T-SQL skill.

  • Excellent programming and scripting skills, preferably in an object-oriented programming language.

  • Awareness of business issues as they impact overall project plans

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field experience preferred, or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Knowledge of Selenium, Postman/SoapUI and performance testing tools like Load Runner/JMeter.

  • K6 experience is a plus

  • This role can be a Hybrid Remote role if you reside in the metro Atlanta Area

  • Occasional travel

  • Occasional on-call/after-hours support
