This Senior Financial Analyst will be a primary FP&A conduit for reporting and analysis needs. The analyst will prepare various financial models, satisfy ad hoc management requests, provide financial reporting support, and support the needs of the business. The analyst will also develop improved efficiency in forecast processes and partner with the financial systems team to meet the needs of the FP&A organization.
Responsible for performing complex financial modeling and analysis
Updating and refining long-term business plan through extensive three statement modeling
Responsible for creating various ad hoc reports at the request of management or external parties
Works with the financial systems team to enhance business reporting and needs of the FP&A organization
Provide support to financial advisors, as required
Assist in preparing various management presentations
Responsible for analyzing actual results and understanding variances to plan
Reguarly interfaces with senior management and lead special projects as required
Prepares and distributes financial details, and developes and owns reporting mechanisms to assist leadership in disseminating and reviewing financial information.
Represents FP&A team on matters pertaining to financial forecasting system needs and upgrades.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Working on various requests to support management and the needs of the business
Forecasting and budgeting
Management reporting utilizing Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.
Providing analysis support to Upper Management
Monthly/Quarterly reporting to Senior Management
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with strong computer and analytical skills.
5 years' work experience in forecasting, analysis, management reporting, financial modeling, and process improvement.
Experience in financial modeling with ability to build 3-statement financial models with oversight
Strong Hyperion Planning skills with knowledge of SmartView
