Job Description:

Patrick Industries is currently seeking an experienced, full-time IT Level 2 Support Technician to join our growing team. This position requires the ability to effectively multitask and handle multiple projects at the same time. In this role, you will employ a Customer First Focus, while providing professional and friendly desktop support to end users.

As a Help Desk Technician, you will be working as an extension of the IT Team based in Indiana, helping support users in Florida and surrounding areas remotely.

Responsibilities

Onsite and remote IT support
Operating system and application installation/configuration
Provide quality desktop support to end users including support for hardware, software, printing, and applications
Installation of pre-configured networking hardware
Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve issues
Have excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions
Maintain a high degree of Customer First focus for all support queries
Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
Provide quality written communications and details of customer issues
Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training/advice
Evaluate more complex calls and determine when to escalate to support team
