Job Description:

Cognizant is seeking a strong ServiceNow Technical Lead for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers. 

“Remote Candidates will be considered, however must be willing to relocate post Covid”

 

Job Description :  


  • Lead the Sprint discussions, tracking and release activities to enhance/support the Help Central platform

  • Work on maintaining the code and data sanity while reviewing and coordinating the offshore development effort.

  • Good technical hands experience on ServiceNow platform.

  • Plan for the release and responsible for the effort planning of the DEV and QA resources for the sprint.
