Your Mission
Exercise independent judgment in determining appropriate stock levels by analyzing current business trends and forecasts for each store and product type
Optimize product orders while considering various parameters including store's physical capacity, stores daily receiving capacity, and distribution centers' production capacity
Develop and execute product flow plans by considering distribution schedules, inventory capacity constraints, and sales plans
Work closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Store Operations teams to ensure merchandise strategies are executed in a timely manner, orders are executed or adjusted based on promotional changes and marketing initiatives, and launches of new styles are executed
Issue transfers as needed to capitalize on top sellers and/or to ensure stores have capacity to continue receiving goods
Analyze store activity and leverage historic product data and input from field to identify store-specific trends, variances and opportunities, and upcoming events that would influence allocations
Analyze sales to stock ratios to ensure stores have the correct balance of inventory
Ensure purchase orders are completely fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner
Your Talent
1-2 years retail experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel with prior analytical experience
Written and verbal communication skills
Exercise independent judgement and make sound decisions including resolving or effectively escalating issues when necessary
Experience handling multiple demands efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Multitask while staying organized, self-motivated and acting as a team player
Ability to travel for special projects
