Performance Health is seeking a System Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting Performance Health's systems under the IT Operations (Infrastructure) umbrella. This includes Servers, Multi-Domain Active Directory, Office 365, Security, and Identity/Privilege Management. This position will require a strong track record of supporting systems in on-premise and cloud hosted environments. The ability to work collaboratively with many business units simultaneously in a multi-site international organization is essential.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Administration of Office 365 Services: Licensing, Azure Active Directory, Skype, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD Connect
Administration of Multi-Domain Infrastructure: Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.
Mail flow Administration: Exchange Online, Mailboxes, Spam Filtering
Office 365 monitoring of service health, security status, and alerts
Enforce enterprise standards for technology architecture: IT Operations change control and governance
Provide support for level 3 help desk escalation issues
Ensure latest security patches are applied to workstations, servers, and applications
Thorough documentation of systems and dependencies
Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to develop implementation, communication, and training strategies
Investigate reported issues and perform root cause analysis/troubleshooting
Collaborate on ensuring corporate compliance requirements are met for PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, Data Loss Prevention, Data Retention
Automate system administration workloads by creating PowerShell scripts
Continuous improvement of PH's Network Security Infrastructure
Identify opportunities across all infrastructure for "Zero-Trust" methodology
Administer and continuously improve Cisco AnyConnect VPN Security; Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE); Cisco Secure Internet Gateway (SIG)
Ensure network infrastructure aligns with compliance requirements
Azure/Cloud network configuration and best-practice implementation
Partner with third party venders and solution providers on break/fix, root cause analysis, and required maintenance
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience
3-4 years of experience acting as a help desk escalation point for workstation and O365 related issues
Managing Windows Infrastructure: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
Office 365 Administration: Skype, Teams, OneDrive SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Security and Compliance
flow: Exchange Online, Spam Filtering, Phishing Awareness Training
Office 365 Security: Multi-factor Authentication and Conditional Access
Office 365 Security and Compliance Center: Data Loss Prevention, Retention Policies, eDiscovery, Threat Exploration, Alert/Incident Response
PowerShell Scripting for on-premise servers and O365 services
Identity Management: Azure AD, SAML SSO, RBAC
Experience managing a virtualized server infrastructure (VMware Preferred)
Centralized Anti-virus Management (Defender ATP Preferred)
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel
