We are currently seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst in Natick, MA, Philadelphia, PA, Phoenix, AZ, or Menlo Park, CA, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, you will will manage the Firm's Human Resources information systems. You will team with the CHRO and IT leadership to research, select (or maintain) and implement vendors for all HCM, compensation, benefits, applicant tracking, onboarding, performance and goals, learning management and other related systems.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Ensure data integrity of HR Data across all systems by building business processes and employing quality control strategies

  • Work with IT in developing firm-wide processes in relation to people-oriented data

  • Perform more complex data entry tasks and approve those performed by other staff

  • Maintain database table and file structures

  • Configure and test systems for annual events including benefits open enrollment, annual performance review and goal setting

  • Team with IT to manage system feeds to vendors and other related systems

  • Outsource projects to external vendors where appropriate and efficiently manage those resources

  • Team with IT to select and implement people analytics systems

  • Work with HR and business management to define and construct reports

  • When necessary perform HR related mass data changes across all HR applications, including LMS and recruiting

  • Participate in external compensation and benefits surveys

  • Maintain and upgrade legacy filing systems

  • Support audits

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR staff

  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications

  • Participate in projects to assess, select and implement technology changes


You will have the following skills and qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 - 10 years of application management experience

  • Expertise in report development

  • 2+ years project management experience

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving skills

  • Open mind to consider multiple paths towards the best solutions

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships

  • Team oriented eagerness to streamline and find programmatic efficiencies

  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product
