Job Description:

Performance Health is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join its Finance team. This position is responsible for FP&A and controlling activities for various functions across all sites.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities


  • Coordinate monthly performance analysis and forecast, working with both business units to understand performance, variances, risks and opportunities and effectively report information to top management

  • Proactively identifies risks and opportunities and works with function management to establish action plans to maximize the financial results

  • Develop, implement, enhance and maintain critical financial reports, processes and analytical tools in alignment with company and departmental needs and priorities

  • Provide financial information to assist in making well informed business decisions

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to measure business trends

  • Plan, facilitate and implement ad hoc analysis to support decision making, evaluate business initiatives and evaluate performance

  • Prepare journal entries in support of monthly financial close process

  • Support both functions in identifying, implementing and validating cost savings initiatives

  • Update Master Control, update standard costs as applicable

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5 + years of relevant experience and/or training in FP&A

  • Experience with a financial reporting system and a transactional system

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Experience working in Microsoft AX and NetSuite preferred

  • Strong communication skills / ability to work with top management

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel
