About the job

Our Richmond manufacturing facility is adding a brand-new 3rd shift team to our lineup, and we’d like to hear from you. We are seeking an Assembler to join us, reporting to the Team Manager.

*Hired candidates will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus.*

Hours: 10:00pm-6:30am, Sunday through Thursday

Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shift differential

As a part of the team, you will:

• Work from Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, drawings etc.


• Continuously build job knowledge through execution of Standard Operating Procedures.


• Develop the department in accordance with the Alfa Laval Production System, participating in team performance and improvement meetings.


• Comply with all safety policies, wear all required PPE, and report any safety concerns or injuries immediately.


• Observe all company policies.


• Execute quality checks and inspections as needed.


• Maintain work records & productivity standards.


• Keep work areas clean & free of debris by utilizing 5S processes.

What you know

You have a high school diploma or GED, and:

• Basic Personal Computer skills


• An ability to lift up to 60 pounds


• Fork truck/ crane operations and previous production exposure a plus, but not required
