We are currently seeking highly qualified, dynamic candidates for a Brand Manager, Nicolas Feuillatte and Special Brand Projects to join our Marketing team in Woodinville, WA.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join the fast-paced wine industry and make an impact on Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, integrating closely with Sales, Creative and Trade Marketing teams while also working in collaboration with Nicolas Feuillatte's headquarter offices in France. Additionally, this role will lead the development and activation of high-profile Special Brand Projects, mainly Ste Michelle Wine Estate's partnership as the official wine partner of the Seattle Kraken.


We are looking for a skilled and cutting-edge brand marketer with fresh ideas. This position will report to the Director of Marketing.


What you will do:



  • Brand Strategy & Plan: Develop and deliver results on brand strategy. Inform brand strategy and positioning through demonstrated analytical skills, creative thinking, and effective tactical implementation based on data driven insights. Provide clear guidance to brand stakeholders. Manages the forecasting, production, pricing oversight and marketing of assigned brands throughout the product lifecycle to include the measurement of activities to determine effectiveness.

  • Consumer insights: Understand what drives consumer behavior and can apply that knowledge to create marketing strategies and deliver solutions that lead to the achievement of business goals.

  • Teamwork: Exemplify leadership in brand planning and team building throughout the organization included but not limited to planning and execution. Collaboration, integrity, trust and respect are paramount. Keeps an open mind, includes others, shares information, creates a learning environment and fosters a culture of involvement.

  • Program & Project Management: Effectively develop and execute campaign programs, individual project plans, creative briefs, and agency briefs with deadlines and KPIs

  • Sponsorship activation and brand building through partnerships: bring the brands of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates to life through strategic sponsorships with consumer insights, close collaboration with external partners and innovative ideas and execution.

  • Metric driven: Understanding and tracking of key marketing metrics and return on investment of marketing spend and programming.

  • Drive creativity, advocacy and inclusion and focuses organization on key strategies.

  • Drive results with brand team and cross functional teams through high engagement, collaboration, constructive coaching, and accountability of oneself and team.

  • Corporate stewardship: Possess a wholistic understanding of the corporate goals and major brand plans across the department.


What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's degree required in business or marketing; Graduate level preferred or equivalent demonstrated experience with proven results.

  • 5 to 7 years' experience in marketing.

  • Integrated marketing experience and expertise, including sponsorship activation and digital engagement.

  • Demonstrated experience and results with consumer testing and consumer targeted campaigns.

  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

  • Proven cross-functional team integration and ability to leverage other people resources to make a big impact.

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and move projects forward.

  • Highly valued, but not required: Experience working in the wine industry and understanding of 3-tier alcohol system.

  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
