Overview
The Dr. Jerome Ritz Laboratory at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to join our efforts to monitor the immune system in patients receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
This position involves working with primary human samples including: whole blood, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, bone marrow, buccal swabs, and saliva. Experience with various applications of flow cytometry, including: cell surface staining, intracellular staining, cell sorting, and multi-parameter flow cytometry panel design is preferred. Experience with immunology and microbiology laboratory techniques, including: flow cytometry, DNA and RNA purification, qPCR, and ELISA is also desirable.
