We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager for Infrastructure & Cloud with an Agile mindset. The ideal candidate is customer focused, business value generating and demonstrates leadership for all activities associated with the successful delivery of multiple technology-oriented projects on a global scale. You will be part of a team of experienced Project Managers in where we manage a wide range of compelling projects and programs. In this role you can activate your experience in binding the different technical layers used in an international IT Service Provider organization and excel by leading and coordinating a project team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables.

Responsibilities:



  • Project Management: effectively manage Global Infrastructure & Cloud Projects for both internal as external customers in where you will be working in virtual teams in different regions over the world


  • Project Management Office: experience with PMO processes for a distributed team of project managers and project engineers to help in achieving our objectives.


  • Project tracking and reporting: continuously mine project data to assess overall contribution of Project to business success and project transparency for stakeholders


  • Project delivery improvement: continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve project delivery with the teams


  • Project Troubleshooting: resolve project issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction while protecting our company's interests


  • Change management: always support the full end-to-end change in considering the business value proposition

  • Make project decisions and recommendations to program management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed

  • Actively support project development team members in attaining their objectives.

Skills & Experience:


  • 6 + years managing large/complex IT project implementations.(delivered on-time, meeting client expectations/requirements with high team satisfaction)

  • BA/BS+ Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related experience

  • Domain experience in benefits, healthcare, financial or HR technology a plus

  • Coaching of DevOps teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders and Infrastructure teams

  • Well organized, accurate and process minded

  • A mindset for delivering large-scale IT projects

  • Pro-active, analytical and solution and customer-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills

  • Project Management Experience in developing and tracking to a detailed project plan, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans

  • Experience in handling Information Security and Compliance in IT projects

  • Vendor management experience

Technical Skills:


  • Agile project management tools

  • Scrum(CSM), PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP certification, preferred

  • Experience in (Azure & AWS) Cloud project delivery

  • Software Application lifecycle delivery

  • Cloud solutions based on a multi-tenant or virtualized architecture

  • Technical understanding of implementing leading Health, Wealth Benefits and HR management platforms preferred

  • Good understanding of Application Delivery in Infrastructure, Network concepts, infrastructure, and storage systems
