Nitrogen Transport Driver - Class A CDL

Location: McAlester, OK
Travel: 80-100% travel in domestic 48 states; Must be able to drive hazardous cargo for 10-14 hours daily
Work Schedule: Must be available to work in the field on assignment for 28 consecutive days; Must be able to work extended hours/weekend, plus overnight stays are necessary
Equipment: Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet. Most vehicles are under six years old and equipped with driver-friendly technology, such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, latest camera technology and GPS navigation
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Willing to drive company vehicles to national field locations, operate equipment in all types of weather conditions, and adhere to a schedule determined by client demand
Read maps and follow written and verbal geographic directions
Maintain required DOT, Federal, State and company records including handwritten logs or digital logs, hours of service, payroll hours, vehicle inspections, job and maintenance reports, service tickets, and shipping manifests according to state and federal DOT regulations
Maintain appropriate driver's license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
Are you a MATCH?
One year of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last four years.
Bulk tanker experience preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Must be able to safely operate a forklift, pickup truck/company car and tractor trailer.
Basic knowledge of cryogenic pumps, tanks, transports, hydraulic equipment and diesel engines preferred
Knowledge of industrial gases desired
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
* Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with tanker endorsements
* Must obtain a Hazmat Endorsement and TWIC card within 90 days of hire date
